Ragnarok Online 2 The Reason Why Melee DPSs are HATED and not needed in GOOD/End Games Partie

Just want to share some thoughts about my experiences in group parties (Normal/RHM).
As you know, each class has a specific task in a party, and the DPS class rogue and assassin are these 2 Primary tasks:
1. Deal Damage QUICKLY -> Party Raid Quicker
2. Deal with MOBS -> Tank will take LESS damage -> Healer heal LESS
3. Take Care of Healer and Range -> Healer survive means Party Survive -> Range (Wiz/Sorc/Ranger) survives means more DPS and AOE

What most Melee DPSs don't understand are these:
4. DPSs are not TANKERS -> Please don't mass rush mobs and aggro boss when that is NOT YOUR JOB
5. DPS not TOP priority for Healer -> Healer take care of MAIN TANK first!

I played a monk and I have been in several parties where Dumb and Dumber/NOOB Rogue/Assassins keep hacking away at bosses even when he is spawning mobs and chasing the healer around getting hassled by them....

To add on to these points:
4. Rogue/Assassins are made of paper (LOW DEF and HP)...and they can be a burden to the party (Healer and Tank) when they are not doging fire and trying to be HERO.
5. Healer needs to Heal the TANK because party needs to stay alive...and TANK at front line tanking the BOSS is TOP Priority
6. Extra TIP: Use POTS to Heal yourself when Healer is BUSY....But DONOT OVERUSE pots as it ADDS AGGRO which might mean you get swarmed...
7. Please do not try to be RAMBO...let the tank take the lead...

Last but not least, the reason Rogue/Assasins not needed in end game is because:
Party will do fine without THEM...
I have been in a party with 2 Tanks, 1 Wiz, 1 Sorc and 1 Priest and we do mightily fine....

Now all this has been said, I want to clarify that I personally DO NOT HATE THIEF Classes. I played a assassin for a while and it was great.
I just hate NOOBS....that is all....

(P.S. If any Master Rogue/Assassins have any better advice/add ons...please feel free to share....please make this class more efficient and less of a burden)
